Jonathan Dwight (1858-1929) was a physician and ornithologist. He was a long time member (and sometime officer) of the American Ornithologists Union. Carll Tucker purchased Dwight's ornithological library after his death. In the 1960s, Tucker donated the library (which included these manuscript volumes) to the Smithsonian.
